Swimming closer I heard the artifact shaking. As I swam around the huge statue I heard rumbling coming from the artifact.
Scared but excited, I watch my four friends diving, checking out the artifact. I saw fungus everywhere and as I wiped it away I saw some shiny gems.
I felt scared because the artifact might come to life.I felt as cold as liquid nitrogen.
I wondered if it did come to life and if it did how would I get away. I wondered if I was going to die today.
